Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Program
The Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Program is a yearly commitment that the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston makes to keep Catholic schools accessible, affordable, and available to all families. The FACTS management application process is used to determine the financial need in allocating tuition assistance.
Archdiocesan Tuition Assistance Timeline
December 1, 2022 FACTS Application Opens February 10, 2023 Applications submitted PRIOR to this date will be considered for the first round of assistance (90% of available funds will be distributed). March 6, 2023 Notification emails sent out this week. June 26, 2023 Applications for the second round of tuition assistance must be submitted PRIOR to this date. To be considered for the second round of tuition assistance, all applications must be verified* by FACTS by July 7, 2023. July 24, 2023 Award notification emails sent out this week via e-mail. *To be considered for tuition assistance, all required documentation must be verified by FACTS and the application must be in COMPLETE status by July 7, 2023. ACE Scholarships
Applications for ACE Scholarships are available through FACTS. ACE Scholarships are based solely on family income. For more information on these partial tuition scholarship opportunities, please visit the ACE Scholarship website.

Please note: Tuition Assistance is only available for students in Kindergarten through Grade 8.Local Aid
After receiving confirmation of your award decision from the Archdiocese or ACE Scholarship (through FACTS Management), you may submit an application for local aid using the St. Martha Catholic School Financial Aid - Supplemental Form if additional assistance is needed. The form may be requested by sending an email to Business-office@stmarthacs.org. Please complete this form and submit it to Mr. Dickson (principal@stmarthacs.org) or drop it off in the office.
