School Lunches are provided through an in-house program.
Parents may pre-order lunches directly through the Family Portal. The program has a daily set lunch as well as the option to order only drinks. Lunches must be ordered online by Monday 8:00 a.m. for the upcoming week.
SMCS will serve freshly prepared products from the St. Martha FLC kitchen and work with local vendors to have lunches catered on certain days. SMCS will not carry over accounts to another day, so all purchased lunches will be served on the day the lunch is ordered.
Log in to your Family Portal.
Go to Student >>Lunch. This will pull up the available menu - change the view to Month using the options in the top right corner to view the available lunch calendar.
To place an order, go to Create Web Order at the top of the page.
Select the child and date for which you want to place an order.
Update quantity.
Once completed select Submit Order.
Verify that information is correct. Select Confirm and Pay which brings you into the payment screen.
You have the option of using your existing account or may choose a new payment method (which will not replace your existing account).
Confirm your payment information. Select Pay now.
You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order.
A FACTS Fee of 2.95% does apply when paying with a credit/debit card.
Any lunches ordered will appear in blue text on the calendar view.
Please note - if you do not receive an email confirming payment within a few minutes, your order is not complete. In addition, if any lunches ordered appear in red text on the calendar view, your order is not complete.
