Philosophy of Education As an educator, I believe that the children do not care what you teach until they know that you care. I believe that a classroom should be a safe, caring community where children are working on building growth mindsets and striving to be a better version of themselves every day. Every classroom has its own unique community; my role as a teacher will be to help each student develop their own potential and learning styles. I will differentiate learning to meet them where they are and build them to grow as students and caring human beings.
What is your favorite school tradition? My favorite thing to do with the students is getting to go to Mass with them every Wednesday. Being able to see students grow in their faith and understanding of our church is truly amazing.
